Denton Chess Club resides at Guide Bridge Conservative Club. We meet once a week on a Wednesday from 7:30PM – 11:00PM. We are a friendly club and enjoy a social atmosphere where we play chess and help each other with analysis.

We have a Committee structure, including Chairman, Treasurer and Team Captains, without being too formal . Our club maintains a high standard of equipment also, with enough boards, piece sets and clocks to cope with the busiest of nights

As with every club, we have a range of playing strengths along with a healthy membership of around 25 so you can be sure to get a different style of game every week.
We have 1 team in Stockport League and 2 teams in Manchester League
Advice and guidance on all aspects of Chess is widely available at Denton Chess Club so come along and see for yourself. 

Club fees are £25 for adult and £15 for juniors per year.
